Hi all,

Unfortunately I can't post a data set from this PC as I can't access the C: drive to install the add in which makes this a bit tricky... :(

I have some data with the following columns:

Policy Number / Operative Date / Renewal Date / Transaction Code / Transaction Date / Transaction Amount

Each policy number can have multiple rows are there are 3 transaction types that can occur per policy.

I need to be able to count which transaction code was used based on the most recent transaction date per policy by year.

So if I have 20 policies with 3 transactions per policy over a 3 year period. I need to count the last transaction code used based on the most recent transaction date per year.

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Rob.
