Hi everyone

Is there a formula I can write instead of manually calculating the numerical difference of my figure everyday?

Lets say I start with 1000, and on Monday it's at 900, Tuesday 800 and so on.... I do a sum to find out it's 100 and then put that in a cell.

Can I just put the starting figure on my sheet once, and then the formula refer back to it?

Thanks

You're not being very specific and I have an extremely hard time following your example. Could you perhaps upload a copy of what you are doing at the moment?
