Counting when multiple criteria met

Hi Everyone
I'm in need of some excel help again. I'm having trouble setting up some counters for some of my criteria.
I need to know how many times two columns, in my case H and I on sheet 1 both have yes entered in them. I need a contiuous count because I'm tracking many clients and the information in H and I may change and I'll need to know in real time how many clients match that criteria. Thanks

Let's say your data will never go past row 5000. Then you could use a formula like this:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(H1:H5000="Yes"),--(I1:I5000="Yes"))

If using Excel 2007 or Excel 2010, you can the COUNTIFS instead, which may be even easier to understand and use (see Excel's help files on it).
