Hi,

I have a spreadsheet where I put sales details. Each line is one sale. I'd like to create a button for each line to create a Word document based on the data in the line.
For example:

Sales Document
Name
Total Amount
<<button>>
John
$ 100,00
When I click on the <<button>> it should open a word file with John's name and the total amount of that sale.

It would be similar to the Mailling function on Word!

Could someone please help me on this? It's going to improve a lot my business process,

Thanks in advance!

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
