Hi, I'm fairly new to excel and am using excel 2010.
I want to create a dynamic filtered list on one sheet from a list on another sheet which is not filtered.

I have a list showing names and addresses and a "Y" or "N" in a column next to the member showing whether their membership is current on sheet 1.

I would like to create a list on another sheet (sheet 2) showing only those with a "Y" against their name, and then print out that list. I would like to have the new list automatically update itself whenever I enter information in the original list.

I am using the vlookup function, however I do not know the formula to move down the original list and find the next "Y" record.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Why not turn on filtering, filter for rows with "Y" and print the filtered list? Means you don;t need a list in a second sheet just to get a print of rows with current membership.

Thanks MisterBates, however I need to have this list created automatically as non-excel savvy people will be wanting to print a copy.
