Create a new number format $#,##0.00 with a trailing M

I am attempting to create a new number format following the directions in Help. i still receive an error that "Microsoft cannot use the format you selected"

I am trying to convert $1.33 to $1.33M and the same for the negative value
 

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
