Create a pivot table pie chart to summarise each row that has more than one column using the same multiple choice lists

How can I create a pivot table for each row to summarise each category to do a count of each unique entry as a pie chart? Here is a sample of what each row and column looks like.

This is a common issue when using forms for each user to categorise their answers using an identical dropdown list for each category but I'm not sure how to create a count of multiple columns to show the summary of the categories selected for each row. Please find attached a chart which demonstrates how each row's category count needs to be represented as a pie chart.
