Create a table by auto detecting the conditional formatting's colour

Hi, i m new at here and i need your help.

Ok, may be my title is not clear enough for you to understand, i'll briefly below here:

I has been assigned a task to create a Key Performance Indicator(KPI) from a table which under the conditional formatting. I have to create a table for KPI which can auto calculate how many certificate are in highlighted, how many are in red; yellow and blue

red colour - indicate that one certificate is going to expired within 1 month
Yellow colour - indicate that one certificate will expired within 30 to 90 days
blue colour - indicate that oen certificate expired
white colour (no formatting colour) - indicate that one certificate will expired in future (more than 90 days)

It would be great that anyone could guide me. Thanks
