Can ACCESS do this? I want to be able to put the files i get everday into a folder on my desktop and have a tool (maybe ACCESS) pull the information from the folder and generate a report by month. I dont want to have to load every file into the database.

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
If you name the files the same thing every time, simply link the Excel files into Access tables. Then, as you replace the Excel files with new files by the same file, the links should pull the new data.
