i need to create a schedule that allows for hourly entries for two weeks. any body got a download or know of a good example?

thanks!

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
no, i've got 2+ pipelines and i'd like to see the schedules for each laid out side by side for each day for two weeks. I've got a start date/time and end date/time and a product for each batch in each pipeline. I'd like it to look at worksheet1 say 'oh, it starts at x date and y time with this product so x,y cell gets colored orange. i've tried a couple of things but can't get it to run right....does that help? or make it more confusing? thanks!

It sounds like you are looking for a scheduler rather than a time sheet...care to show what data you are working with and the expected outcome you want to see.....let us worry about the formulars....

You can utilize the "Download Colo's cool utility for displaying your Excel Worksheet on the board"......as seen below this message text box.....

It sounds like you want to conditional format (color them orange) to a range of cells....is that correct? Try format | Conditional formatting | then select the parameters fo the conditioning.....Am I missing something...? Do you want to do any totals, summaries of sorts?

i've got 10 of these sheets to show on the calendar....

no summaries or anything, the schedule sheet will, in effect, be the summary. can you do a conditional format using a cell on another worksheet?

Sorry, don't know the answer....it would seem possible as you can use a formular in the conditioning process by I am not familar with that...if not, VBA code people could take a crack at it.....
