Hello All!

Have a question that I am having a tough time to answer. First, I'm creating dependent drop down lists where the drop down changes depending on what the cell value (A2) is. I'm doing this using the indirect formula in data validation.

This website shows the understanding of that: http://www.contextures.com/xlDataVal02.html

With that being said, I would like to add Dynamic Ranges where the Drop Downs will ignore blanks. When I do this with the Indirect Function in Data Validation, it does not work. Just looking for ideas or if someone knows how to maybe make this process work. Hope this makes sense, and thanks for your time as always!

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Still looking at a resolution for this. Any help would be much appreciated.
