every month I download reports files PURCHSE,SALES,STOCKS so the names files oil sales report 01 JANUARY 2021 and oil purchases report 01 JANUARY 2021 and oil stock 01 JANUARY 2021 so what I want create folder based on current year the main folder's names is reports 2021 and the subfolders should names report sales,report purchases,report stock and each of them contains the folders based on the month names JAN,FEB...etc.
the current files when I download in this directory "C:\Users\mcc\Downloads" and move to this directory "C:\Users\mcc\Desktop\report2021"
so this file oil sales report 01 JANUARY 2021 I create manually this directory to understand then should move to this directory "C:\Users\mcc\Desktop\reports 2021\reports sales\Jan\oil Sales Report 1 JANUARY 2021.xlsx" and if in month Feb. then should move to "C:\Users\mcc\Desktop\reports 2021\reports sales\Feb.\oil Sales Report 2 FEBRUARY 2021.xlsx" the same thing with rest of the files but keep in your mind extension of the file not only excel it is also pdf and when finish 2021 years then create 2022 and so on
