Create formalu that references sheet number (not sheet name)

Is there a way in a formaula to reference a sheet by number as opposed to by name
 

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)

In VBA, yes. But I don't think you can without it.

I stand corrected! It ain't pretty, but it sounds like it works. I would probably go the UDF route (which uses VBA), just because it looks cleaner and is more readable, but that's just me...
