Hi Everyone

Would appreciate if someone could help me achieve this.

I have a master list with ~4,500 rows with headers and validation for some columns (currently validation values on a separate tab called DropDowns)

I need to create 4,500 separate spreadsheets named by the value in column A (A2) and I guess copy the DropDowns tab to each subsheet as well so that the validation works (or can do it another way if there is one that works better).

Thanks in advance :)

Ray

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
The first question is, why do you need so many spreadsheets?

I assume that you mean workbooks (files).
