Create/name sheets based on cell and Sheet is copy of template

Good Morning everyone.

I have a need to create new sheets based on the cell value in column E. There are 150 rows so I need 150 sheets named on the value in E. However, I need the new sheets to be a copy of a template sheet "template".

Template has a summary total at the top of the sheet that totals activity below it. I need the values of those cells brought back into the Summary sheet "Summary" into the correct columns.

Template cell F1 to Summary AQ#. AQ is based on the same cell value that created the sheets in the first place. So not sure how to lookup the sheet value against the range of column E and set the value in the corresponding AQ cell.

I have a template that I need to use as individual sheets to calculate a total owed based on the current and all outstanding balances. I have to generated invoices every 6 months. It is time to generate a new invoice. I have to take the last billing statement outstanding total. Apply a penalty and 6 months interest. I also have to add 6 months of interest to the outstanding amount. I have to do this for 150 separate clients. I need a way to create a new sheet based on the identifier in a given cell (E#), which will be the new sheets name, but have the template as the information on the sheet. That way all I have to do is enter that client's specifics and the sheet is finished.

Once all 150 sheets are completed I need a way to pull the totals from the sheets back into the datasheet on the summary sheet. each client has their own row in the summary.

I am still having trouble finding this using the search.

I know it is possible as I used it like 7 years ago, but I have forgotten how.

If I have a list in a column

Lets say

Apples
Oranges
Bananas
Grapefruit

How do I get sheets created and named for each of those in the list.

Assume the list is A2:A5
