Create new sheet from a template

Hi everyone i hope you are all doing well.
Please i need help as thus:
I have shees named data & template
In data are 3 columns, col A = s/n, col B = names & col C = ids
template sheet is what i want to duplicate for all names in col B of data sheet and rename the respective sheet name with IDs in col C of data sheet.
Also i want whenever i add another name to the list in data sheet to create sheet for the newly added names.

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
