Hi I am trying to set pivot chart range from already prepared pivot table (pivot table name is "Table3").

I have written a code for it but it is giving me error that "Unable to get the pivottables property of the worksheets class"

Below is the code.

Sub chart()
Dim pivotrange As range
Dim chart1 As chart
Set pivotrange = Worksheets("SUMMARY").PivotTables("Table3").TableRange1
End Sub

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Hi
The following worked for me. Would you like to post a link to your workbook?

Code:
Sub chart()
Dim pivotrange As Range, chart1 As chart
Set pivotrange = Worksheets("SUMMARY").PivotTables("Table3").TableRange1
MsgBox pivotrange.Address
End Sub
