Hi!
How do I create a prompt window that appears when a particular tab is opened? This window is to prompt viewer to refresh the pivot table.
I have not used VBA code before so would appreciate if you can walk me through the steps.

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
I think creating a message box is the simplest way to inform the user.
If you go to VB Window (ALT+F11) then in each sheet (ex. sheet1) instead of General Click "Worksheet" then in the declaration tab click "Activate" then code as follows:

MsgBox "Please Refresh the Pivot Table.",,"Refresh"

Note: You can change as you like those inside the quotation of MsgBox.

Any Comments are welcome.
