I need help with the following problem below.

How to write code to put "small" rectangles in a larger rectangle, for example. Inside one "large" rectangle there are 2 "small" rectangles A, 4 "small" rectangles B and 3 "small" rectangles C. Each small rectangle would have its name (A, B or C) and each group (A, B or C) its own color . Empty spaces in the rectangle remain "empty".
In fact, the problem is how to fill a “sheet” of paper with the “small” rectangles below.
A = 2
B = 4
C = 3
