create single pivot table from 2 pivot tables

I have 2 pivot tables that have 2 columns in common:

Super Region & Region

Table A has quota data tied to the regions & Table B has pipeline data tied to the regions.

Table A's data is hard coded - meaning is it set for the year and Table B's data is variable - this is derived from a CRM DB.

I would like to create reports that compare pipeline to quota, by region & super region.
