I have an attendance worksheet set up on a 3 month basis as below (no monthly total just each day)...

The 1 and 0 represent attendance. I have then set up a separate summary sheet for people to be able to see the total numbers of sessions a person has attended in in each month compared to the number allowed and then a 3 month summary

I thought i could use an index/match/sum to populate the Atten column in sheet 2 from the information in sheet 1, but i'm not sure how, i'd have to fit a sum into it as there are no totals in sheet 1. The names are not in the same order in sheet 2 as in sheet 1.

Does anyone have any ideas on how i can do it?

Thanks!
