Create Summary Tab w/ Data From Other Tabs

Hello all, I have a spreadsheet with a tab for each salesperson and the leads that they received. At the top of each tab, there is summary data including efficiency ratios pertaining to that salesperson.

I would like to create a summary tab with all of the salespersons metrics on one sheet, along with summary statistics for all of the salespeople. Any idea how I can link to that information on one sheet so it is automatically updated when new leads are added? Thank you in advance!

Understanding your terminology....If by a Tab you are meaning a worksheet within a workbook, and if by metrics you are referring to the summary data at the top of each worksheet then create an additional worksheet and just reference the cells from each salesman that you want to compile into you new worksheet....the summary for the group can be created off this new data.

EX: 1) Enter the = sign in the cell on the new worksheet you want to summarize data
2) Then Select the worksheet (TAB) you want to summarize data from
3) Then Select the cell within that worksheet (TAB)
4) Hit Enter

You should see the same information in your summary worksheet (TAB) this will update automatically
