Thank you in advance for you help!

I have a list of account numbers on Sheet1. I would like to create a new worksheet for each account number and name each sheet that account number.

I would like each worksheet to be an exact match of another tab/sheet, the "Master Sheet." However I would like to paste that same account number in to cell A3.

This seems easy but I am really struggling get the loop to do all of these things. I really appreciate your help.

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Hi and Welcome

Try this and see how it goes

Code:
Sub CreateAccounts()
Dim lst As Long
Dim Account As Variant
lst = Sheet1.Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
For i = 2 To lst
    Account = Sheet1.Range("A" & i)
    Sheets("Master Sheet").Copy After:=Sheets(Sheets.Count)
    With ActiveSheet
        .Name = Account
        .Range("B3") = Account
    End With
Next i
End Sub
