Creating a Chart series Dynamically

HI , I have a table with list of countries and its corresponding vol of sales for the years 2000 2001 2002 listed column wise, say like this
2000 2001 2002 2004
America 2 5 9 8
China 7 9 2 1
Germany 1 3 8 2

Here the no of countries would vary each time depending on the user input.Now i would have to create a line chart such tht each country makes a series in it.

Could some one please help me with this, I cant use macros due to security reason.
Waiting for some response at the earliest.

I went through the forum, none of them explain how to dynamically add series without macro...

This is a good tutorial. You will need to create a dynamic range name with a dynamic formula like offset.
