Hi Everyone, Newblood here, apologies if this has already been asked.
I tried searching the forums for similar questions but came out empty handed and a tad confused.

Essentially what I want is a filter option that allows me to display data in a graph based on a PivotTable Report.

The report is essentially monitoring the number of documents I have sent over to overseas colleagues over the time I've worked for my company. The graph is for my direct local management to look at (m0nitor is censored?) my work load.

I have the graph set up nicely but I would love to be able to automate it further. My superiors want to be able to break down the data on the graph in to selected months. I can do this already but that involves me (or them) selecting each day of the month in the filter drop down And that gets cumbersome.

Is there a way to set the filter to read only the month and year in a column and display the data for each day of that month without having to select every individual day?

Any pointers?
