I'm using cells and colours to count the cells with each colour used (see picture) to try and get the % of colours to match the required % needed for each attribute colour (See columns D = Required % & E is the % for the colour space.
What I want to do is create a macro for the user to choose length of fixture (columns) and number of shelves (rows). I've set each cell to a width of 1 (which for example can mean 10cm).
Can I get a macro to request the total length (say 5), the length per bay (say 1.0mtr), then the number of shelves (say 6) so it draws the block as 60 cells (10cm per cell) then 6 rows for the shelves.
I have placed a black coloured row on the picture below to act as the base.
I am a novice at VBA so just wondered if this was feasible as a macro?
Any help would be great.

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Hi All,
Just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on my above question.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
