Creating a Macro for Word Documents

I need to figure out how to create a macro that will open when I open Microsoft word and will then open a folder that will allow my users to select the file they need and then fill in the autotext components of the actual file they selected. I have the part of the macro that will fill in the text though I'm sure I will have to tweak it when I get the other parts but could someone please give me an idea of whether or not this is possible and if not what can be done that would be similar and how I would do it?

This is the part of the macro that fills in the text:

Sub FillInText()
'
' FillInText Macro
' D&CM Auto text macro
'
Selection.WholeStory
Selection.Fields.Update
End Sub

I need a macro that will open a folder in word and let the user select the file they want to use and then will run the macro I just posted once they have selected the file they want to edit. This is really important to me so any help that you all can give me would be sincerely appreciated
