Hi,

So I will be using cell A. I want cell A1 to change colors according to CERTAIN text/color in cell A2,A3, and A4. I condition formatted "Yes"=Green and "No"=Red
A2="Yes",A3=Blank,A4=Blank - A1 will be green
A2="Yes",A3="No",A4=Blank - A1 will be green(But will overide the first rule)
A2=Green,A3="No",A4="No" - A1 will be red(This is similar to the first rule BUT there are two "No"'s instead)
I tried using formulas by doing cellcount but I couldn't get it to work because it counted A2="Yes",A3=Blank,A4=Blank the same as A2="Yes",A3="No",A4="No" because there is 1 "Yes".

Thanks!
