here is the skinny I have a table with different fabric patterns. I want a macro or something that when you choose pattern 1 it will alow you to pick two fabrics; if you select pattern 2 you can pick 4 fabrics; or pattern 3 will only allow 1 fabric from a pull down list.
that will then invoice at the bottom.

Is this even possible???
I hope this makes sence how I wrote this, else I will be glad to clarify.

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
That sounds possible, but without more details about your workbook, we can't make a start on it. Use Excel Jeanie (see link in my sig) to post appropriate portion(s) of your worksheet(s) and explain fully what you mean by "invoice at the bottom".

Thankyou for the quick reply
I am confused by the Excel Jeanie. Not sure how that works. Would love to display work book. or send it via pm

Though I am not very good at wording this; what I am trying to figure out is how to write the program to do:
1. "Choose Block style chooser on design page(pg 1)
2. counts the number of colors the block allows
3.based on color cuts the user can pick number of fabrics based on the fabrics page based on the block price
4.add up price then mutltiplies the fabric by minimum blocks"

If someone can explain how, I will include the workbook so you can see first hand the birds nest I have created.
Sorry I am up a creek without a padle and I need a push in the right direction. I think I am overlooking something. I dont need someone to write for me just point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I dont know where I was going with the invoice idea so ignore that.
Thank you again
