I have a sheet where I use conditional formatting to highlight a row. I want to be able to transfer the specific columns of the highlight cells to another sheet into different columns. For example, I want to move all of the highlighted cells in column 3 to move to the other sheet in column 4. Any advice or tips on where to start since I am fairly new to VBA?

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
You could start with simply staring the macro recorder > Filter By colour > Copy the results > Paste it to the desired location > Stop the recorder.

You can then come back here post the code using the VBA buttons and provide more information on where you want to got from there.
If you have multiple colours going to different places then do the same for the other colours so you can tell us what RGB codes need to go where (sheet name & cell or column position)
