Creating a macro to paste special as text

hi

i have a data when copy from internet explorer when i copy the same to excel, my system gets hanged, but when i paste the data as text it does not,

I am looking for macro paste the data as text

pls help
 

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
What about, assuming that you have already selected where you want the paste to go:

Sub PSTxt()
  ActiveSheet.PasteSpecial Format:="Text"
End Sub

BTW, I suggest that you update your Account details (click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)
