Creating a Macro with periodic updates

I have an issue whereby every time I attempt to run the macro I've created, the locations I've saved the workbooks to have the existing name of the new updated files, and hence a dialog box appears every time with the 'would you like to replace this...' command. How do I resolve this issue? Ideally I would like to enter data into a file/dialog box at the beginning of the macro with an option to enter a new name for the file so as to avoid this issue?

but be careful this will just ignore the alerts.
