Creating a New File

I am working on creating a template for the sale division of my company. I would this template to automatically open a VB screen with a text box. The user will enter a word and click a button. The template will then create a a copy of itself and name it whatever was entered into the box.

I really just need help with the creating and naming of the new file. Thank you in advance.
