Creating a printable list?

Hello, I really hope you guys can help me with the following task.

I would like to create an excel spreadsheet with a grid of boxes than when pressed generate a list that can be printed out.

So say I select 3 boxes, the data connected to those boxes populates a list on another page that can be printed.

I really hope you guys have a solution.
