Creating a script to insert data into excel spreadsheet

I am wanting to create a spreadsheet that automatically inserts data from one (workbook) sheet into another template. This template would need to have the data from the table below (Fitness Testing) inserted and sorted into the next table which ranks in order of score (highest to lowest) (Survival of the Fittest)... Hope that makes sense...
