I am putting together a spreadsheet for a live auction. I have a sheet that had the item we are selling in column B 3-92 followed by the buyer number in column C 3-92 buyer name in column D 3-92 and price paid in column E 3-92.

The way this sheet works is column B cells are referenced to another sheet. In the buyer number cells (column C) we will put the number assigned to the buyer and it will auto fill the buyer name next to it, column D. We then put in the price the buyer paid for this particular item in column E.

On another sheet I have created a buyer checkin sheet. This has the buyer information. This information is used to auto fill column D on the first sheet by referencing the number used in column C on the first sheet. This sheet also totals up the amount owed by the buyer for everything he bought.

Now for my question.

I have an invoice sheet. Usually I go through after the auction and make a list of each item the buyer bought and type it out for them. Is there a way to reference the buyer number on the invoice sheet say cell (F12) and build me a list of the item name in A23 going down and the price in F23 going down.

Below are the cell ranges by page:

Calcutta Sale Page - Sheet 1
-Team names cells (B3:B92)
-Buyer Number cells (C3:C92)
-Buyers name cells (D3:D92)
-Price paid for item in column B (E3:E92)

Calcutta Buyers - Sheet 2
- this sheet should not affect the formula

Invoice - Sheet 3
Buyer number (used for reference) (F12)
Start of list of item bought by buyer (A23)
Start of list of price paid for item (F23)

I would upload pictures but it says files are to large. Let me know if you need more info.
Thanks in advance.
