creating a time table

i wanted to create a time table or time card that would allow me to track the amount of hours my boss spends in her meetings throughout the month, if any could help point me the right the direction i would be greatly appreciative of that

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
