Creating an average

I have a spreadsheet that I am updating so that it will hopefully be easier to use, but I have been having a problem with getting some information to average. Currently This is the formula that I have been using: =IF(ISERROR(AVERAGE(D7:BU35)), "NA", (AVERAGE(D7:BU35))) This is for an attendance spreadsheet where if someone is on time (started right on time)I put an "x" if they were late they got a negative # (-3) and on time (early) would be a positive # (3). There are 3 different teams and so I just did that for each team. But now I have combined all 3 teams and just put the managers name next to the person. So I want to know if there is a way to get an average for the on time% by 1st looking for the managers name and then giving the average for everyone associated with the managers name. I used this formula to get a sum of total minutes =SUMIF(B7:B206,"CH",CC7:CC206) but now I would like to get the average minutes. Thanks for your help.

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.

Try this

=SUMIF(B7:B206,"CH",CC7:CC206)/MAX(1,COUNTIF(B7:B206,"CH"))
