Is there a somewhat simple way to have an entry form and basically append the data on a given sheet?

On the Form the first entry is a Date. This date needs to go to Cell A1 (with the rest of the information pertaining to that date A2, A3, A4 ...)

I would like to use this entry form and enter another date that will then be put into Cell A2 (with the rest of the information pertaining to that date)

Now, I have attempeted to use Excel's own version: Select Data then Form. The problem with this is it is not user friendly and I can not put in restrictions on how the data is to be entered. (Dates, Times)

(I have a group of users that are not famliar with Access, that is why I did not go that route.)

Thanks everyone for your assistance.
