The user would be able to change colunm C to identify the prospect as real or not. The below would be the desired outcome, which I'd really like to be generated with formulas only, and ideally no arrays (because my list will be extremely long and arrays can take some time when used on long list). Can someone help me with the formula to achieve this list?

You don't say where you want the output, or if indeed you do want the output separate from the main list.

If you're OK to add helper columns, then I would suggest:
1) Number the Real rows: Add a column (let's assume column Z) that looks at the value in Real, and if 'Y', uses Max(z$1:z1)+1 to number the rows with 'Y' in Real.
2) Find Real rows: In your output, use match(row(),z:z,0) to find entry number N, where N is derived from the row number in the output, and adjusted to start at 1.
3) Get customer name N: Wrap your match() inside an index(<Potential Customer>,match()) to get the customer name.

If you post some data showing actual worksheet columns/rows (see my .sig for excel add-ins available to do this), then I can show you actual formulae to use ... assuming that adding the helper column and storing the output is OK.
