Hi,
I've been given the task of crerating an efficient staff rota for my mothers care company that has 35 staff currently and 100 clients, any help would be greatly appreciated .
Some general rules...
  • Each of the clients have a different timetable structure (e.g. 'Client A' may need 3 visits a day at 8-9am, 12-1pm & 6-7pm but 'Client B' may only need 1 visit a day but 12-3.30pm.
  • Clients can be visited by any carer but need to have control incase they have issues with certain carers and vice versa. (good fun huh?)
  • Also the Carers would need a printed sheet showing their rota for the next 4 weeks.
Any help on structure and formula ideas of this e.g. validation to prevent clashes and how I could present this information in the clearest way.
