Hi

Is it possible to create a graph with data from different documents. I have data in two separate documents that I would like to put onto the 1 graph.

Any help would be appreciated.

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Hi
It is possible. We need details on name of the doucments, sheet names and row/column numbers and their range which makes up the graph
