Creating ribbon, tabs, groups and buttons.

Hi All

I'd like to develop some code to create a ribbon etc on the fly when a workbook is opened.

I'd like this to be data driven so that I can just add to / change a particular sheet and the ribbon can be updated.

Does anybody know of some comprehensive text describing how to do the former. I can sort out the latter.
