Cross checking two email worksheets

As part of a company takeover, we have two excel worksheets. One (Sheet A) is a list of customers (name address email phone postcode etc) who have bought from the website at some time. The other (Sheet B) is a list of just email addresses that, at some point, registered to receive newsletters from the site (they may or may not have bought). I want to check the list of email addresses in Sheet B against those in sheet A. If the email address in B exists in A, do nothing. If it doesn't exist, either set a flag in a column (so I can sort later and copy manually) or copy the email address to the foot of sheet A. I can make the sheets have the same cell structure.
