I have always received quick fast answers to any problem in excel I have. I am currently trying to program Crystal Reports to do specific things and need some help.

I need assistance with a physicians appointment schedule. In the database, it is set to "overbook" appointmets - meaning 4 patient slots for every time slot. For examle, Patient A, Patient B, Patient C and Patient D can all be added to 8:00 am time slot to see the MD.

I have a form created much like a grid and would like the system to plug in the corresponding names to the report. When I drag the fields over now, I get the same patient 4 times across. I need a way to distinctly identify each and populate it accordingly. Second issue is, how can I make the crystal report identify and plug into the right time slot? Not all patients are at 8:00 am assuming I can get it over in distinct placements.

Is it possible to do this?
