CSV format -- number format issue

When I open my CSV template worksheet , some of the cell have different format . ex. i've entered number 1-0002,1-0003.... notice that some cell have different result getting a date format.

Ive tried to separate this data and make sure the format is general number. but still getting the same result.


Can anyone help me how can I set the correct format of the cell. Note: numbers that I need to enter are this 1-2002,1-2004 etc...

Hi

Import the CSV data instead (Data tab > Get External Data > From Text).

In step 3 of the Text import wizard, select this field and choose 'Text'.
