Ctrl+Shift+1 Missing the 2 Decimal Places?

I use Ctrl+Shift+1 every day to format numbers.

Normally it should change the number to xx,xxx.xx format, but today the shortcut changes it to xx,xxx without the decimal places.

Does anyone know why it happens? How can I fix it to bring back the two decimal places?
Thanks.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple

I waited days on this forum without getting any answer, therefore I had to post to the other forum for help.

Do you know how to solve my problem?

Thanks.
