Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.

You can do a crosstab query with Month as the Column heading, then Sales as your Value. After that you can add another column as a Row heading and put in the following expression:

YTD Revenue: Sum(CCur([Sales]))

Hi Smitty, Thanks for reply. Its working if I display all the months data(1,2, and 3). If I post any parameters like for month 3, both the columns show same values.

In the output I need to show only current month and YTD columns. Please help me to fix this..

You can limit that by putting the single month criteria in the query's Column Headings Property.

I have tried that, If I limit that to patricular month...both Current month and YTd colums shows the same value. Is there a work around for this? Thank you.

You need to do it in the Properties window, not the QBE window. Right-click on the Table section of the query pane and select Properties. Try putting a 3 in the Column Headings section.

Just to check other option, is there a way to pass on this parameter (Month) from combo box on form to corss tab query? looks like I am expectin toomuch?

You probably could, but I think you'd need to use VBA. I'll have to defer to one of the Access experts for that.
