Curser not staying in same row when entering data, as it updates other sheets

When I enter Data on the main sheet it auto copies to the proper matching sheet for each city. When I enter data and tab to the next cell, the curser go to the end of the sheet. I need to be able to enter data across the rows without moving the cursor every time. Everything else seems to work fine but this.

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Hmm odd I tried a few things but no luck. To start though instead of page always updating on every field try this :
