Custom Autofilter Question?

Hi all,

I have a custom autofilter question that i need to pose.

I have some data in an excel spreadsheet in DATE order (i.e 16-Jun)

I have customed the autofilter to look at everything after the said date, but i need to include blanks as well (so its just filtering out everything before said date)

What do I need to put second box for this to happen???

Using Or and selecting Equals in left-dropdown and leave right dropdown blank should work.

It hides all the data (puts me on line 500 odd)
And i cant see anything above it?!?!?
